What I treat
Every visit takes place in your own home and lasts about an hour.
Initial assessment
We talk through what's happening, your health and what you want to get back to. I'll assess how you move, explain what I find, and we'll agree a plan. Treatment and exercises start on the same visit.
Follow-up sessions
Hands-on treatment, exercise and advice, adjusted as you improve. Some people need one or two visits, others a block over several weeks.
Your exercise plan
Clear exercises to do between visits, written down so you, or whoever helps you, can follow them easily.
